Won Woo Kim was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, where he first learned to use and love the Internet. Won Woo went abroad to the United States at the age of 13, and recently graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. In 2010, he co-founded the Haiti Arts Relief Project (HARP), a non-profit student-run organization that promotes the works of Haitian amateur artists and provides aids to local villages in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Won Woo is interested in online creativity and content creation as well as the intersection between youth, Internet, and social inclusion. During his free time, Won Woo loves to swim, go to the movies, and read.
